We are seeking a skilled Horse Trainer to join our team in Canterbury. This role involves training various breeds of horses to ensure optimal performance and behavior. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of equine care and training, and work effectively with both horses and clients. Responsibilities Train a variety of horses to improve their performance and behaviour. Develop tailored training programs for horses based on their needs. Monitor health and condition of horses, ensuring proper care and nutrition. Work with owners to align training goals and progress. Assist in preparing horses for competitions and shows. Qualifications Proven experience in horse training or equestrian management. Strong knowledge of equine behaviour and training techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
