We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst / Developer to establish core business workflows and implement them within a workflow tool. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis capability with practical technical delivery skills and can translate operational requirements into efficient, scalable workflow solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, define future-state workflows, and configure or develop solutions within the selected workflow platform. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across discovery, process design, documentation, configuration, testing, and deployment support.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document core business workflows and requirements.
• Analyse existing processes, pain points, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design target-state workflows and translate requirements into functional workflow solutions.
• Configure, develop, and implement workflows in a workflow management tool.
• Create clear process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Support testing, user acceptance, issue resolution, and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Promote best practice in workflow optimisation, process control, and continuous improvement.
