Join Acme Ltd as a Pest Control Technician helping homeowners keep houses free from insects. You will visit domestic properties across London, inspect and diagnose insect issues, and deliver safe, effective treatments. The role combines practical field work with customer-facing communication: explaining treatments, providing prevention advice, and completing service records. You will receive training and support to maintain professional standards and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental rules. Responsibilities
Provide domestic pest control services to residential customers across London, focusing on insect prevention and removal. Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest species, infestation sources, and risk factors. Develop and explain treatment plans tailored to each property. Apply chemical and non-chemical control measures safely and in accordance with regulations. Set traps, bait stations, and physical barriers as required. Advise customers on preventative measures and follow-up care. Complete accurate service reports and maintain customer records. Maintain and service equipment, consumables, and personal protective equipment. Work to scheduled appointments, manage travel between sites, and respond to urgent call-outs when required. Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures, including safe storage and disposal of pesticides.
