We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join a growing insurance broker based in the City of London.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, planning and commercial support for the business. The successful candidate will bring strong experience from the insurance sector, alongside proven venture capital experience gained in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will partner closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making, strengthen financial controls, and help drive the next phase of the organisation’s growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Oversee statutory accounts, audit and compliance requirements
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics and business insights
• Support fundraising, investor relations and venture capital activity
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and commercial initiatives
• Improve financial controls, processes and governance
• Manage and develop the finance team

Qualifications:
